How do I find the right shade for my skin tone?
We offer a comprehensive Shade Finder tool on each product page. Additionally, our products are designed with versatile, buildable pigments that complement a wide range of undertones.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are REFY products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our team works quickly to process orders, so we are only able to make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact support immediately for assistance.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All REFY products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
